ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTIONS 2023
Please consider running in the Chapter’s elections for the Board of Directors!
- This year we will elect seven (7) at-large Board members, and four (4) Executive Officers. Scroll down for current list of Board nominees.
- We’ll have two elections on August 5, 2023: the first to elect Board members at large; the second to elect Executive Officer positions. (Exec Officers are Board members)
- Members in good standing may nominate themselves and/or nominate other members in good standing to run for Board positions.
- Nominees may send a short bio statement (500 words max) to be circulated to the Membership. Nominees also are welcome to make short speeches at the meeting.
- Please send nominations and statements to: NLG-elections@michigannlg.org
- Nominations of eligible individuals can be made now through Aug 5th and at the meeting itself. However, advance notice is super helpful!
- 2023 Nominations Committee is Julie Hurwitz, Marie Reimers, Mitchell Bonga, Holland Locklear, and Verbena Lea
If you are running in the election, you must be physically present at the Annual Meeting.
